If you are an NHS patient with us, please ensure that you attend the appointments that you book and you are on time for these appointments. If you cannot attend your appointment, please aim to give us at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling.
Due to the high volume of people wishing to receive NHS dental treatment and the very long waiting list, unfortunately, we have no choice but to add patients who have not attended for two years or more onto our waiting list. We appreciate that we were closed for a period of time last year and it was difficult to arrange an appointment with us, so we will not take 2020 into account. If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel at short notice on 3 or more occasions in the space of one year, we will add you onto our waiting list.
We do try to remind our patients when they are due for an appointment, usually via text or email, so please ensure that you update your contact details with us so you don’t miss out on your reminders!
