Becky started off her career in the retail industry and has over 10 years’ experience in customer service. She developed a passion for management and after starting as a receptionist at another dental practice, quickly progressed into a managerial role.
She started at Cambridge Smile Studio in March 2017. Her friendly, approachable and professional nature goes hand in hand with her customer service experience to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction at the practice.
Becky is currently studying to achieve a degree level course in Practical Dental Practice Management and feels that it is already contributing to her confidence in her job role. She enjoys the day-to-day challenges the role brings and works closely with her team in order to deliver great customer service and promotes a happy and healthy working environment for both staff and patients.
In her spare time Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a freelance makeup artist and even occasionally sings on stage!
